Ms. Hudson is a native Floridian and began her career as an associate attorney with Robert M. Montgomery, Jr. She has practiced in South Florida for over twenty years. Her experience involves not only marital rights in separations and divorce, but adoptions, dependency, child support, injunctive relief, and domestic violence and abuse. Although her concentration is in marital and family law, she has extensive experience litigating a wide range of commercial contract actions and other adversarial matters. Her relationship with the Firm will thus further bolster the expansion of our litigation practice.
In 2000, Ms. Hudson became a partner in the Chicago firm of Arnstein & Lehr, where she was responsible for developing its South Florida Family Law practice and mentoring incoming litigation attorneys. In 2005 she was approached by Sachs & Sax to manage their newly opened St. Lucie County branch and did so until 2008. Thereafter, she formed her own firm, The Law Firm of Lise L. Hudson, PLLC.
Ms. Hudson’s firm will serve as “of‐counsel” to our Firm and will assist in the establishment of our Marital and Family Law Department. Ms. Hudson has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988. She holds a law degree from Mercer University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in international politics/economics from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Federal Bar of the Southern District of Florida and the Family Law Committee. In 1989 she obtained the Palm Beach County Bar Association Pro Bono Award.
